Description of Role:

  • The objective of the role is to support the On-boarding staff and BMB project team to ensure that the on-boarding process runs smoothly for attendees.
  • The role will include handling and management of sensitive MOSAIC On-Boarding and BMB Legacy data
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the COF team to ensure the smooth running of the facility
  • Liaise with BMB Training Manager and the COF Booking team members at BMB
  • Hours — 7am — 10am every day. Occasionally, there might be a requirement to work a full day. Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet employees who are inducting onto the BMB West Section of the project
  • Assist employees working on the BMB contract with the On-boarding booking process
  • To represent BMB and ensure the competence of personnel joining the Tideway West section
  • Process employees through On-boarding including the H&S touch screen test
  • Liaise with EPIC supervisor regarding completed on-boarding processes
  • Liaise with Occupational Health Nurses regarding Drugs and Alcohol test results and inform named team members at BMB
  • Ensure MOSAIC records are completed and processed for all inducted personnel working on BMB Tideway West section
  • Create reports as required such as; Fail to attend records
  • Ensure qualification expiry information from MOSAIC is cascaded to the BMB Training Manager
  • Enter all necessary Induction details onto MOSAIC. This includes retrospective work to catch up on existing staff and manage the process thereafter
  • Develop & maintain the Mosaic system and MWC competence records e Assisting the Administrator and Supervisor with general office duties at COF e Manage day to day queries including general public enquiries Safety:

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience with databases and input and management of data
  • IT Package skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and web based learning management systems)
  • Relevant experience of training and competence schemes e Experience in handling sensitive information in line with the Data Protection Act
