This is an exciting new opportunity for a FREE 1 week Construction Foundation Framework Course which includes obtaining a CSCS card.
To apply you need to be currently unemployed or not have worked in the construction industry before. Please note candidates who already hold a CSCS card will not be referred.
TfL in collaboration with Keltbray training will be delivering a Construction Foundation Course on the Earl’s Court Site, giving course attendee’s real world site experiences whilst at the construction site. This course will give candidates the opportunity to train and have access to employment opportunities across the TfL supply chain network, including opportunities with Keltbray. The course is aimed at unemployed London residents who are interested in a career in the construction industry.
We are taking applications from candidates who do not hold a CSCS card, but wish to achieve this all-important card in order to seek out a new exciting career in construction. This course will give candidates the opportunity to further training across the TfL supply chain network.
The training course is based at TfL Earls Court site and it covers the following modules:-
- Fit for work certificate
- CITB Health and Safety Awareness (Site Safety Plus)
- Face Fit Testing and Respiratory Protection Awareness
- Asbestos Awareness
- Environmental Awareness including the use of spill kit
- Mental Health and Resilience
- Behavioural Awareness
- Health, Safety and Environmental Test Revision and Test
- CSCS card
Registration sessions will take place throughout March and April at the Earl's Court site on the following dates:
- 13th March
- 27th March
- 10th April
- 24th April
The actual training course start dates will be on any of the following dates:
- 18th March
- 25th March
- 8th April
- 15th April
- 22nd April
- 29th April
Further training is on offer to candidates who are looking for specific roles.

- Site Administration
- Site Controller
- Demolition operative
- Asbestos removal operative
